Gramercy Square

The project involved four apartment buildings and six townhome buildings with a total of 352 residential units. Water intrusion had been an ongoing issue since around 2014, primarily affecting the apartment buildings. Mosaic Engineering was tasked with conducting a comprehensive infrared (IR) evaluation of the buildings. The evaluation included a visual survey of the facades and IR camera imaging to identify anomalies indicating poor building performance. The assessment was conducted from the ground level and selected interior spaces, and a written report with IR data and discussion of findings was provided.
