Mr. ZumBrunnen is an industry-recognized expert in the repair and restoration of existing façade systems and is routinely retained to solve existing issues and perform forensic investigations. He has also provided expert testimony associated with façade, roofing and waterproofing failures. He employs evaluation techniques including both destructive and non-destructive testing methods, including ASTM and AAMA field water testing, x-ray, ultrasound, petrographic analysis, and typical laboratory testing.
